Don’t feel the pain
Don’t let yourself complain
Don’t acknowledge those feelings
Don’t let yourself be caught kneeling
Don’t scream out in pain
Don’t let your tears leave a stain
Don’t put your hand out
Don’t let them see you with a pout
Don’t respond to their helping hand
Don’t ever believe that they’ll understand
Don’t get sucked into their affection
Don’t let them forget your rejection
Don’t think twice about pulling the trigger
Don’t wonder if there’ll ever be anything bigger
Don’t worry about your loved one
Don’t anticipate the birth of your unborn son
Don’t believe that you were ever a gem
… All you were was everything to them

Like Stab in both eyes and heart!
Can you write a poem that is down up, so other way around?
Or do i just read it bottom up?
Its one of those poems that each person can either relate to or interpret differently!
Gotta say – true talent!
